Launching AuDHD Young Adults:
A Parent Roadmap for Supported Independence

A compassionate, practical 8‑week program for parents of late‑diagnosed autistic/ADHD emerging adults who are struggling to launch.

If your young adult is stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or unable to launch… you’re not alone.

Most parents of late‑diagnosed AuDHD young adults share the same story:

Throughout their childhood, you didn't think of your child as disabled.  You thought they were quirky, bright, sensitive, creative — and they are.

But now they’re older… And adulthood is hitting hard.

Executive functioning. Motivation. College. Employment. Daily living. Social connection. Identity. Benefits. Housing.

Nothing is “clicking,” and you’re suddenly realizing your child is on a different timeline — and a different path.

You’re scared. You’re overwhelmed. You’re exhausted. And you’re wondering what the future will look like — for them, and for you.

This program is the roadmap you’ve been searching for.
